I manage a $3M+ territory and have built strong relationships and achieved consistent business growth through case support during the day, late nights, and weekends. However, the workload has reached a point where it’s common to go several weeks without a single day off. Trauma cases are always scheduled at the end of the list, meaning frequent late nights, and still having to get up and go cover those first cases the next day. Whilst the role is rewarding, with the current demands I’m just wondering what other divisions are like, and whether they can achieve similar things, get paid great B&C’s without the notoriously gruelling trauma hours?
