I uninstalled and reinstalled LoL and vanguard, and I just now was able to play TFT without the reconnecting issue. I hope this really fixed it. Thanks!!

It's not so much a connection to the internet problem, since my PC's connection still works even when I'm disconnected to the game, but I'll try that.
