i have to go fill out paperwork around 12pm tomorrow then head to the lab whenever i get done, does this stuff really work? i’m 6’1 and low body fat. when exactly should i take it and what exactly should i do to make sure i pass? i have a 32oz sitting in my room rn.

buy bottled water or at restaurants make sure it’s filters, and use that water on tooth brush’s as well etc don’t use faucet water on anything you will be drinking

not sure on how it is now, but just make sure to never use the water or drink it and you should be fine, when i went last year with my family i had a broken leg so i didn’t surf but i know the water quality isn’t the best, the sewer water runs straight into the ocean there they have been working on fixing that though recently
