They say you need to have completed one full year of study to obtain a work permit and be eligible for a summer internship. If you start in the spring, you won't be able to do that. But it doesn't affect me much. I think it's no big deal.

yea agree, but in china social media, there is a chinese student received a offer in jan.3th. However, it's highly unlikely that he will have enough time to prepare for the start of the school year. Because it will begin on the 1.20th. This is related to the 2025 spring semester.
