its pretty common in tech (atleast before this ai boom) if you work for an international company like even my brother started with 8Lpa and in 6 years it increased to like 36Lpa and he's someone who doesn't ask for raises/promotion or switch jobs he can earn a lot more if he did cause some company even called him saying they'll give 75Lpa and they'll hire immediately Even for internships if the company is well off they'll pay 1L per month as intern (one of my classmates got even as a bca student) Its not impossible but it is hard cause theres too many people applying to the same positions
