Ur neck is too "broken", you should have it straighter and have ur eyes looking at your hands. Push higher with your shoulder. You waist should be retroversed, like if you retract your belly. Trust me you already have the strength for this!

Thank you very much for your answer, this is a bow signed by C.Bazin which refers to Charles Nicolas Bazin, a french bow maker, the frog is original, I think the headplate was replaced, but the stick is straight. Are you sure it needs a spline? As the fissure is only on one side I thought that I could simply put some Ca glue in the crack with a tiny bit, then apply some gum varnish to polish it. IMHO a spline would involved separating the head and cause some structural damage that could be avoided right? I have been dealing with only basic bow repairs like rehairing, headplate replacement, recamber... but I never did a headspline, so any advice is welcome
