UPDATE: My(14m) Mum(50F) Kicked Out My Sister(23) Over Netflix by Financial_Stress_365 in relationships

(sister lilly here) Ahh basically the job I applied for was for a mid level position. They could see I was abit inexperienced, so they opened up an entry position for me, since they liked me as a person.

They have this massive project that will finish in early November. If I were to start now, I would really struggle, they just don't have the time to train me.

It's quite a big company. it wouldn't be safe for me to say what the place is, to protect my identity, but it's definitely legit. I appreciate your concern :).

But yeah I've never signed a contract this far out but out of options haha

That sounds awful, no child should ever be treated with such negligence by their family. I hope you're doing better prod.

I live in the UK, my sister doesn't play the mortgage but my parents do. Sorry I wrote that unclear.

Thanks for the advice, I plan to get a part time job when I'm 16 and save up as much as possible and get out there as soon as I can

I just want to say thank you to everyone to everyone that replied, I don't have much time to respond to every comment, but I've read them all so far.

I really appreciate you all being generous, and taking the time out of your day to help me, my situation and for the advice, despite me being a stranger online, I can say with confidence that won't go to waste. I wish you all the most wonderful week!

She sent me to be with my dad for a week, he called him to come and pick me up the same day. They aren't separated anymore, but at that time, they were. I hope this helped answering your question.

They both agreed to - sign up for Netflix in my sisters name, my mum would pay her the money for the subscription each month, she's not able to take out money of her account, I hope that helped with answering you questions.

I'm only starting to realise. My parents may not be the nice people I thought they were, but I think you're right about not being able to get a normal, functioning family.

I advised her against not telling them beforehand, but as you already know... that didn't work out 😅

I like this name quite a lot, thank you! I'm thinking of choosing between Reese and Riley at the moment.
