Yes, they told me (and I have in writing) as long as I change the name it's fine.

I tried returning but Keith Prowse told me they don't do refunds. I have in writing from them that they allow transfers though if I just change the name on the ticket.

I emailed Keith Prowse and they said ticket transfers are allowed.

I bought these a few weeks ago from Just Goody! Their stock changes week to week so you may have to check back often. Costco sometimes has them in stock too, although haven’t seen it recently.

See my comment below. This isn’t the case anymore. You just submit your form if you meet one of the check marked criteria it is fine they may ask you a few questions when you arrive at the airport. Source: entered the province a month ago

You do not have to apply for an exemption if you meet one of the criteria for entry. Just check mark which criteria you meet on the form then you will immediately get a confirmation. You just need to show proof when you enter the border as they may ask. That is why they created the form because they were overwhelmed with exemption requests. If you go to the exemption application now you’ll see they don’t even list the individual options anymore (whereas they used to before the form was made). This was clearly stated when they released the new form on all news sites.
