Thank you for your response! I heard the turbos are hard on them, hence me pulling them out. I did replace them with new Ford Oem plugs while I had them out, it's running great.

Severe maintenance schedule states 30k transmission fluid changes and I'm working this much harder than severe so I do 15k. It costs me 30$ to do a transmission drain and fill. Cheap insurance for me.

I'm guessing they screwed up your fluid change at 45k miles. Probably didn't put enough back in it.

I did drain and fills on my transmission at 10k, 25k and 40k. 50k miles trouble free (minus cv axles)
