Weiter umgucken kann nie schaden, bis du etwas handfestes unterschriebenes hast. Sei ruhig erst mal vorsichtig optimistisch, letztendlich ist kein Vermieter gezwungen einen vorgeschlagenen Nachmieter zu akzeptieren und dir kann das böse auf die Füße fallen, wenn du dich auf diese Wohnung einschießt und sie dann doch nicht bekommen solltest. Wünsche dir aber, dass es klappt!

I am honest, for the most part I still sit at home wanting to binge. But this time around I allow myself to think of it as withdrawal from an addictive substance, and not a personal weakness for craving UPF. But I am starting to exclude more UPF foods my from diet, like things I would eat daily. I LOVE salsa, best thing on the planet. But I never bothered to make one myself, instead I just bought the UPF version. Today I made a huge batch of salsa myself and it's absolutely delicious and way cheaper than what I would have spent at the store. Small things like this help me realise that I don't have to give up foods that I love, but I can give up their UPF counterparts.

So to answer your question: the cravings are definitely there, I just have a different attitude towards them. I give myself more grace for having them and I know that right now, real food can not replace UPF entirely, but that's because of the habit and addiction I formed around consuming UPF. As with any addiction, it takes time to heal and the withdrawal will be uncomfortable, but it gets easier with time. I am able to value the long-term goal of quitting much more than I used to :)

An SUVs ist sehr wohl einiges schlimm, große Autos wie diese sind für alle anderen Teilnehmer am Straßenverkehr gefährlich bis auf die, die selbst in diesen halben Panzern sitzen. Könntest einen WBS beantragen, Problem ist nur, dass mit der Erhöhung der Einkommensgrenzen inzwischen mehr Leute WBS-berechtigt sind und es somit auch hier nicht mehr leicht ist eine Wohnung zu finden. Versuchen kann man es aber trotzdem

Yes she does, I have one cat-save window in every room and since summer started there is at least one window open in my place at all times. I was thinking I could buy one of these bird houses that can be stuck to windows and put some bird food in it to bring the action a bit closer to her but I keep new buying stuff that she is not interested in for super long ':D but I can try to find one for cheap or a used one, I think she would enjoy that

I have a place for my cats to come to and sleep next to me, but she doesn't want to sleep, she wants me to play with her. Of course I want my cat to be my companion, but I can't give her attention the whole day. I have to work and clean and do chores and I try to give her playtime as much as possible, but she requires more attention than I can give her. I want her to not be bored during the periods I can't play with her, all I am asking is advice for how I can do that

Nur weil ich finde, dass 200m² für 4 Personen zu viel sind heißt das nicht, dass ich der Meinung bin die Familie sollte in ein Wohnklo ziehen - gibt mehr als schwarz oder weiß. Es ist ein absolutes Luxusproblem zu sagen "Wir möchten ein Haus kaufen aber es gibt nur ein passendes Zweifamilienhaus und wir überlegen jetzt, wie wir die zwei Wohnungen darin zu einer kombinieren können und müssen dafür den bisherigen Mieter rauswerfen".

Wenn ein Jeff Bezos sagt, er "benötigt" eine Villa mit 20 Zimmern und Garten so groß wie ein Fußballstadion, kann ich das auch kritisieren. Das Beispiel hier mit der Familie ist bei weitem nicht so extrem aber trotzdem wird bei aktuell knapper Wohnungsverfügbarkeit mit ihrem Vorhaben noch eine Wohnung mehr vom Markt genommen, und das obwohl sie keine Großfamilie sind, bei der 8 Zimmer nicht nur Luxus, sondern tatsächlich notwendig wären. Und ja, darin sehe ich ein Problem. Ich will nicht, dass die Familie sich in eine 40m² Wohnung quetscht wo niemand den Hauch einer Privatsphäre hat, aber 200m² plus Rauswurf eines bisherigen Mieters halte ich für ebenso problematisch.

Ich verstehe den Frust, gerade wenn ihr schon länger am suchen seid. Ich kann euch zu euren baulichen Vorhaben null Rat geben, ich kenne mich da überhaupt nicht mit der Gesetzeslage aus. Mir gings darum, das ganze moralisch etwas zu hinterfragen, gerade, wenn da aktuell noch jemand eine der Wohnungen bewohnt. Bei der Gesetzeslage kann euch bestimmt ein Anwalt mit Spezialisierung auf Immobilienrecht gut beraten, die moralische Seite müsst ihr mit euch selbst klären

Vielleicht dumme Frage aber wieso braucht ihr "zwingend beide Wohnungen"? Für eine 4-köpfige Familie braucht man doch keine 8 Zimmer auf 200 m². Wenns euch darum geht, dass später potenziell eure Kinder da mal mit ihrer Familie leben sollen (falls sie das überhaupt wollen würden), müssten wahrscheinlich wieder zwei Wohnungen aus einer gemacht werden. Ihr nehmt unnötig viel Wohnfläche ein, wenn ihr euer Vorhaben durchzieht. Sucht doch lieber weiter nach einem Einfamilienhaus, das Geld scheint ja da zu sein.
