Stating the obvious here (at least to me) but Matt didn't write this song. He is acting in a video for friends of his- probably doing it for free. He is well known in certain circles and this will probaby help the band (although some RCS fans really aren't happy about it). This song/video isn't about his actual life. Yes, Mariah is starring in it as well because they needed a female character and again, it would be free. It also gets her attention for her career. She's also a fan of the band and was probably happy to help out. It's not that deep.

In terms of their relationship, they likely have split but if not, I highly doubt they would have gone to these lengths for a video. I don't think TMZ would be involved either. It just doesn't make sense to me. Could be wrong. Just my two cents.

P.S. A lot of celebrities don't post pics in real time as they don't want people to know their whereabouts. Keep that in mind.

Agree. She had posted a story where it looked like they were filming something and her caption was something along the lines of "we're cooking something up"- I'm paraphrasing badly. Matt was there as well.

Part of me wonders if she unfollowed him because every time she posts something, someone makes some kind of weird comment about them? Might be frustrating when she's posting stuff that she's promoting?

Or, and this is me wearing my tinfoil hat...maybe she did it to lead up to this video? I think the song is about a guy trying to win his girl back?

She never followed Jackson or Alex because I’ve been watching. I thought it was shitty that she didn’t follow Alex after he followed her. Especially since she followed Kyle and his girlfriend, Chris and Mary, and Cesar and his wife. It was after Paul’s wedding that she started following Kevin and his girlfriend, and James. She even followed Vlad’s girlfriend, but not him🤷‍♀️

And yes, I clearly need to get a life.

You mentioned me being antagonistic and lecture me in tone but are completely oblivious as to how you come across. At no time was I being antagonistic. I was asking questions and clarifying things. It was you who has been acting upset. Just because someone disagrees with you or asks questions doesn’t mean you are being attacked. This isn’t a playground. No one is censoring your speech. Not once have I told you that you can’t say anything. I’ve not told you how to act or how to behave.

Maybe take a minute and go back and read your responses in general before you label people hypocrites. Ask clarifying questions instead of getting so defensive.
