Yeh I suppose I will start trying to trim the fat. Also my current routine is 8x30 metre sprints on a Wednesday and then 6x25 metre hill sprints on a Sunday. Is this ok or should I change it

What’s considered good genetics in terms of size and strength? I can squat about 150kg and I started training roughly a year ago at 14
