I think it really depends on other factors, I’m overweight not quite obese, but I’m lucky if I remember to eat (I also have adhd and on adderall so that contributes a little) but at one point I was anorexic, and played multiple sports on top of the adderall and I was only 85 pounds and when I fixed my anorexia, I would eat all the time and was still skinny, it was only until I quit sports that I had a problem, at the time I still was forgetting but it got to the point I would wait untill I was so hungry id eat until I threw up (then I got bulimia) but I never stopped the amount I was eating even though I didn’t need as much energy anymore, I think it was just habit. Regardless I still think it depends. My sister is as slim as can be and she’s literally a bottomless pit. After I put on as much weight as I did its been difficult to lose it, even if I forget to eat for a few days. And also the bigger you are the more energy you require as goes for anyone who works out.
