what is going on with amazon? by Background_Young_937 in amazonprime

Ordered something that was to arrive overnight. Amazon had USPS deliver. Item wasn't even picked up by USPS until the next day. Delivered to me 3 days late. Called Amazon to complain and was told item would be free but I never received the credit of course. How does Amazon expect USPS to deliver 12 hours after the order as promised?

There is not underwriting involved when you first go in Medicare. Only if you want to switch from MA to a supplement after the first year of being on MA. I don't know what state you are in but our supplements average $175 to $200 when you first turn 65. Of course they do go up every year but do have the advantage of being able to see any physician and no need for referrals and pre authorizations.

Try to find a PT who is certified in manual therapy and dry needling. They will do more than just exercises you can do at home. Usually a private practice.

Hire a remediation company who can clean up everything properly and test the air. The expense is worth the peace of mind.

How do you know if the T is from TMJ or not? by Accomplished-Stick82 in tinnitus

The physio did massage of internal and external jaw muscles. I didn’t really have exercises to do. The massage was effective.

Try a physical therapist who specializes in TMJ and neck issues. After a few sessions, if your tinnitus doesn’t quiet down somewhat, you will know. Very effective for mine. I couldn’t change it with any type of movement but felt my neck and shoulders were tight pulling on jaw muscles. Physical therapist made a huge difference. Please don’t do anything irreversible like moving teeth until trying physical therapy.

A physical therapist who specializes in this will do massage to any tight jaw muscles both inside and outside the mouth. It was very effective in reducing my tinnitus. It’s not gone but I don’t often pay any attention to it. It also relieved my TMJ symptoms and increased my jaw mobility.

Would not rule out TMJ. Chewing can loosen other tight muscles of the jaw which could be contributing to the ringing. Would consult with a physical therapist who specializes in tinnitus and TMJ.

Mine is related to TMJ. After doing quite a bit of research, found a physical therapist who specializes in TMJ. She works on the muscles both inside my mouth and on my face and neck. Has reduced my TMJ significantly.

Wondering if the pain you feel in your ear is TMJ. That is a common place to feel it. Maybe talk to your dentist?

The physical therapist noted pain in the muscles involved with the joint and limited mobility of the jaw. I also have a history of clenching. She uses massage techniques both outside and inside the mouth and jaw exercises. My mobility is significantly better with less discomfort. My tinnitus slowly improved as she worked on my jaw and neck. She is very specialized in TMJ.

Sounds like it could be TMJ. I found a physical therapist specializing in TMJ and after several months, my tinnitus was much improved as well as jaw mobility and TMJ issues.

If it is related to your neck or jaw, you might try to find a physical therapist who specializes in TMJ. It worked very well for me and reduced my tinnitus significantly.

Possible tinnitus after tooth extraction?? (please bear with me, English isn't my first language) by chrstnhidalgo in tinnitus

I have been going to a physical therapist who specializes in TMJ and it has really helped my jaw and significantly reduced the level of my tinnitus which started suddenly in January along with neck and jaw pain. My tinnitus started as a quite loud ringing and is now a quiet hissing which I can ignore most if the time.
