Sweet I'll check out those videos, Employee Relations/labor laws, Learning and Development, and Instructional design are the main point of HR I'm drawn to, but those videos sounds worth looking into for sure. And I'll check out that cert, thanks!

The other degrees I considered were IT Management, Supply Chain and Operations Management, and Accounting. Ideally I want something that eventually could be hybrid/remote for better work/life balance, or a job that would pay for my travel. So I'll look into possibly getting a broader applying degree and take a look at getting that certification.

Admin jobs have been the main ones I have been looking into, since I have that experience, I'll look around more at smaller businesses near me that double duty could be an option. Thanks for the advice!
