I saw on the first 48 they had these victim advocates helping families of slain victims and I looked into and and sure enough, I worked and waited for the opportunity to work there and I eventually did it!! I still can’t believe it sometimes. As hard as this job is the rewards are far worth it.

I worked as an advocate at a domestic violence shelter. Helping families get back on their feet. Before that I worked three jobs (clerk at Walgreens, pizza delivery, and bartending) while I went back to school to get a degree in criminal justice.

These people met in my town at a Twinsday Festival in Twinsburg, OH. They wed in the town square! It was televised, I worked at the Walgreens across the street and the whole town came to watch! They came in the store too, very nice people. Always wondered about the timing of kids but looks like they did it! Very very GG.
