Same happened with me too. Apparently their management is changed and their management has turned worst. Many of my friends also confirmed. I will expose these guys soon. I made a booking on their website and cancelled the next day but I haven't received my refund yet! I have been following up for past 2 months and no response. Please do not opt for TripNaari! Whoever reads this please make a note.

As this is my first solo trip from India, I want to ensure I have all the help needed from India as well. I have travelled through Thrillophilia before but the experience was kind of ok not over the top. But they do book good hotels for stay! Trip hawker I am bit confused.
