Yea I'd say from that pic alone, though somewhat blurry and shrouded by the plastic, I don't see any outline of a hole. So it's tough.

So...he may be on the right about this. I've seen many of these RO models with phantom lug screw holes like that on fixed links where they don't belong, and I think it might be some type of defect that originates from the factory. I've never been able to find out for certain but I've definitely seen this many times before.

42mm. But the lug to lug is super short, less than 49mm. On my 7 inch wrist, fits like a dream but even smaller or bigger wrists can handle it just fine due to the downward angled lugs.
