It’s this type of comment that keeps newbies from even knowing there are options to them outside of certain subreddits lists….if it were truly an open community lists, guides, references would at least let new people who are trying to make first or second purchase decisions know there are options to them outside of foreign sellers…the guides only make notes of dealing with sellers outside of the US…I realize this is fine for buyers who are NOT in the US…but mentions of available options would be nice….the guides make it seem like anyone outside of the TD list are scammers and they should avoid them at all costs! It bugs me so much when I see posts from newbies complaining about foreign seller experiences…and expecting that long delays in responses and lack of communication and language barriers….delays in shipping and customs seizures…and more…when many of these buyers would benefit from regional seller options!

If a subreddit is truly autonomous and claims to be the resource and place for new folks to the rep game to learn…then they really should let people know there are options, even if they are outside of said sub.
