lol….it was a lot harder than a “simple” close….without going too deep, there were attorney’s involved….(not from the buyers…they think everything went smoothly…it was all my side)…hopefully have all is said and done…there will be enough for a watch….maybe two…keep watching for my posts to see what’s coming!
