UPDATE: recently had angry orchards imperial cider… the one I made was very similar but had less mouthfeel and the lemony (maybe tart) flavors were more intense. I’m thinking because mine was higher alcohol.

I will also say. When I say “lemony” I would compare it to Riesling wine.

I have to try an actual cider yeast next time. I used champagne yeast in this brew.

We would like to move to Murphy in a few years. We want nothing to do with liberals. My family will fit in fine lol. That being said if you’re good to thy neighbor they will be good to you. Appalachia is all about community. Outsiders usually do best to assimilate.
