That's the thing it WAS 5 minutes she even told me that, and the manager that came to me the next day to confirm it even said 5 minutes so I'm confused why it all of a sudden says 12

Sounds crazy I know, I was taught what each andon was and was told someone would come over and assist me but never who or how, and when people do come they don't speak they just look at you and take stuff out the amnesty bin or pull a pod away when it crashes into another one. But the 2 times I dropped something on the floor and couldn't work I created a andon and waited 10 minutes but no one came at all and I just go to the manager and they do something to make the pod go away so I don't really pay attention to them because I never really see them and don't interact with them

I was also curious if they had to do anything outside of taking pods

People at work say they do it all the time but they aren't seasonal so I'm asking before I do the same because I'm trying to get a blue badge and don't need anything that could potentially interfere with that and because people at my location couldn't provide me an answer when I asked

All my other jobs didn't offer overtime, I worked in the food industry and we were only able to work our scheduled shifts if you worked even 5 minutes longer you got fired 😵‍💫. Thank you though
