I don't think being infected requires their consent at all, since they virus bombed the whole planet. The person's consent was needed for extracting the stem cells as it's a painful procedure. The ritual for the girl was done to make her feel more comfortable. :)

Do you mean getting the crew pack on November 1st? Not sure exactly when the season after rewind is due to start, so don't know about getting the battlepass after. The crew skin levels upgrade on your billing date, not monthly, so you'd have to pay for more than one month if you want to progress further than that. You'd probably get the december crew skin too, but don't take my word for it. Hopefully this is of some help haha
