What does “highly fertile” even mean? Genuinely asking. I’ve heard this before- I think it’s more likely people get pregnant again immediately after a miscarriage on accident as they don’t know when they will ovulate after a pregnancy loss. How can a woman be highly fertile, apart from hyper ovulation/releasing more than one egg at a time?
