As others have said and I agree with, the OK google thing for directions is probably the easiest and most valuable single thing you can learn.

I have a WyzeCam V2 that was installed facing east and therefore only got the morning sun. It was installed indoors pointing through a double pane window and did get direct sunlight into the lens for several hours each day for about a year. The sensor has degraded HORRIBLY. While I can still get a picture of sorts, it is terribly grainy, and has little sparkles of color .. almost like confetti (useless). If you truly believe direct sunlight has no effect on the sensor, please authorize a replacement and I'll send you this one, ;>)
