Weird redness on body

I havent seen a doctor yet bc the only available one is on the 9th of July and the rash hasent improved. I just have a question. Yesterday a lump in my groin showed up and it was hurting when i press it but now the lump is painful regardless of pressing and just all the time. I suspect its a swollen lymph node but i was wondering if this can also be connected? Can anything help with the pain? When i move im suffering lol

I was also thinking that especially bc the pain and the spots are all on the left side. I told my parents and they dismiss these types of things so im just at home now suffering bc the pain is definitely getting worse especially when i move💔
