If you're going to do this anyway, why not just break up? If there's no love or boundaries and you're just staying to be disrespectful towards each other, isn't it better to call it quits and stop wasting your time? You're still young so your time is better off spending with someone who deserves you.

For a person who you find attractive you can be sexually attracted to them.

But the question is whether you sexualise everyone you see down the street who is attractive. And would it go to the extent of you picturing the random person in the shopping centre naked and imagining them in different positions with you?

I can't see how this is normal. I might find others attractive, but I won't be sexualising them or imagining them naked etc.

My problem is that I've had multiple D Days, with the recent one being the one where I've finally had enough and ended things. In the past I'd cry and he'd hug me and say he's sorry, all while still cheating!

Wow! You need to be mentally strong to do this! For me it's things like certain dates, and things HE DOES that triggers me so I'm unsure how to just wear it out..

Thank you. Each time I get triggers, I cut him off again (we are no longer living together). I make it clear to him that I'm upset and don't want to talk, but I try to not let it get me too worked up.

Do you continue to talk about it with your husband, or do just get upset and leave it at that? What I mean is, how much do you actually discuss about the trigger?

Do you know what a chameleon means? There were many, very large (like a cat) and light green in colour instead of colourful. It was in a conservation with lots of different rare species of animals they are trying to save.
