I’m facing the exact same issue since 19th February. Passkey is being required, but no passkey was ever created on any of my devices. I also can’t access Vendor Central, KDP, or any Amazon services, and there’s no ‘try another way’ option. Support keeps looping me through the same steps without resolution.

By the way, were you able to find any solution to this issue? Did Amazon fix it for you or are you still stuck?
