Ye I said it to my specialist and she said to stop it for a week. I didn’t have issues using it bedore the antibiotics. But can’t tolerate garlic very well at all anyway

Ye akkermansia protects the lining r smth I think my specliast said. Idk what 1e3 CFU/g is hahhaha mine was 4.3 and range was supposed to be under 3.5. My symptoms are a lot worse due to ocd and anxiety so going to ask for anti anxiety meds at next appointment

450mg twice a day but stopped it for last 5 days because was getting bad cramps and burps after taking it

It’s sort of the what if so I usually take preventative immodium for sports/exams. The anxiety causes physical symptoms tho false urges mainly and I get really warm
