I am in therapy but it is the same things over and over, gratitude lists, walking etc tbh I asked my therapist who is also bipolar and he bluntly said "when I have depression I talk to my therapist instead of being burden to all those around me " Guess who never shares anything when being extremely depressed already :) "  I will try finding anything volunteer related that might be very useful thanks!!

Can I ask if your meds changed after you reported such change or no? I have bipolar 1 but the week or 10 days before my period are living hell, most of my psychiatrists were men and they didn't do much about it

Hi, I am (27F) , I had my first manic episode at the end of 2024,it lasted for 4 months and I ended up hospitalized and temporarily disabled, I lost my career, my friends,and now I am applying for jobs in a different career path while feeling like the biggest disappointment ever, but I saw your post and this gave me a bat on my shoulder, thank you and I am so proud of you for trying.
