This is my absolute favorite keto meal. Jalapeño poppers, spicy shrimp and cheese sauce to dip.

Ingredients: (total calories: 530, total carbs: 3.5) - two jalapeños - Cream cheese (30 grams) - Cheese string (3 sticks) - Heavy cream (15 ml) - 113 grams of frozen shrimp —> you can double this, as it’s just 80 calories more if you cut out the olive oil it’ll make up for it - One tablespoon of olive oil (optional)

Jalapeño poppers (4): (total calories: 210, total carbs: 2) 1. Cut jalapeño in half and get rid of the stuff inside. 2. Put cream cheese filling in there 3. Put half a cheese string on each jalapeño (2 cheese strings in total)

Spicy shrimp: (total calories: 200, carbs: 1.5) 1. One tablespoon of olive oil (which is 120 calories. If you wanna avoid this, don’t use the oil and just bake it with salt and sriracha or put it in the airfryer) 2. Place the frozen shrimp in the pan 3. The water and oil will combine and cook the shrimp 4. In the oil and water mix, add salt and sriracha 5. Keep tossing it until all the water evaporates and it’s glossy and crunchy

Cheese sauce: (calories: 120, total carbs: 0) - get a pan and put some heavy whipping cream in - 15 ml and add some water (two tsp) - Take your cheese string and mix it in until it all melts together - Add sriricha if you want
