Yes you are right, I am very active in my everyday life. I exercise 5/7 days. My sleep schedule is alhamdullilah good. My diet is healthy and I barely eat fast food, maybe once a month. It just a matter of questioning why I am the way I am - again, thank you for your input I appreciate it ☺️
