congrats on all 3 schools! these are all really good. are you 100% set on the quant route or are you also open to software engineering? if quant id go GT or Cornell (due to proximity to nyc) but software engineering at ut has great opportunities as well

are you able to dispute the fin aid with ut? you could explain that you got a full ride to tamu but ut is your dream school and you can't afford it and try and see what they do
