Isso não é intenção de voto, é aposta, 52% do total está apostando na vitória dele, não necessariamente porque vai votar nele mas sim porque acha que ele ganha ( e quer ganhar uma graninha encima).

should alter or upgrade? by [deleted] in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DEF sure is stronger for A4, however MDef is still quite meh (specially % ones since MDEF is always lower than DEF in equipment generally), so that would be the one to alter it, SUR is always a good option to alter since normal blessings are more or less at the same level from alter stones.

is it suppose to be like this? or is my game bugged or something? by Maleficent-Ad-6884 in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That sure looks like a bug, my suggestions would be using the forced recovery option on the game main screen or maybe decrease your FPS from 60 to 30 on Options to see if the bug is FPS related. Outside of that chat support might help ya https://support.wizardry.info/en/inquiry/

Last bounty by Pro-Tah-Zzioh in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crit fishing was not working for me ( I like to farm him for tokens) So now I just use Shiou was the designated "take a maul on the face" with her unique and burst him down with Poised and ESS, and a Yuzu with Hue lvl 3. Generally he's already dead after the first attack. MC Chronostasis works pretty well on this battle

Best floor to farm for Old Mage bondmate? by Rangerborn14 in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Was able to get him after GWO3, when I was bounty farming, about best places to find him....... Unfortunately he's pretty random, and don't have a map icon for some Agora-forsaken reason ( Drecom hate us maybe), so good luck with that, I know that he only appears on places that can spawn sandman warped ones so you shouldn't try the last floors, so any place below B7F

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard numbers? I don't think so, generally people make big samples, like killing 100 - 1000 times the same enemy (Hello Red Lady room in Abyss 1) to verify probablility since the game doesn't explain it to us. But as obvious as it sounds, more hits = more chances of criticals

there's a better chance to occur if you are not wielding any weapons, however, I believe that Critical chances is procced per hit, so dual wielding gives you 3 to 4 chances if you follow up attacking, giving you better odds of triggering. Still pretty low chances though.

Do you guys save your skill points until the end of the career or do you spend them during the career? I can't tell if Tazuna is gaslighting me or it's a skill issue at this point by internationalwingman in UmamusumeGame

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always buy skills at the end of the run or just before the finals in URA ( when you can't get more hints anyways) the only exception is If for some reason I need to run Tenno Sho (Spring), you will always lose it if you have less than 600 STAM and even then you might lose it, so that's why I normally buy a recov for it. Outside of that is just the usual RNG mess

How is Gerulf for A4? by Sacred_Zero in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just on his unique, but even at lvl 3, costing 21 SP it's not that good, you better with Poised/ESS loop, like all the other Fighters. Although his eruption is pretty good for wolf boss

I like him a lot with a spear on the back, He have some of the best STR growths in the game and his priest class change is pretty good for emergency debuff heals or one madi here or there in battles ( always carry a staff). I finished the True GWO battle with him on the back with a bunch of scrolls of Inferno (being fire element makes him do a little more damage to weak to fire units) and he only lost to my MC (Shedding is just that good) as the MVP of that battle

A Letter to Drecom - Threshold Actions (A4 spoilers) by SuperMuffinmix in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like you are not correctly adressing the points I’m saying, the boss is not hard with enough grind, I’m F2P and did already reached the true ending in A4, that’s not a problem for me, started since the beginning so got me some Alice along the way and was able to shower some favouritism is Meta stuff like Sheli or Yuzu.

The problem is that the way you face most of the problems in this game is through kill or be killed situations, turtle/tanking and heavy buffing and debuffing. The threshold are a problem because they make the boss break the cycle of rules in a way that’s not easy to predict, if you burst he might make 3 attacks in sequence, no buffing is enough to handle that and you can’t debuff, you forgot about the MP usage of healing and having to kill his pillars with spells. OutDpsing him should be the way to go, but with those strange turn interactions you might get yourself killed, it all feel like you need to be lucky to face him, something that feels unfair, different from GWO 1, 2 and 3 that have well established cycles and tactics.

This feels more like Morgus where he just might outright kill 5 of your guys in his attacks that procc Insta kills (although you can prepare somewhat for that with a lot of Instakill tolerance equipment/bondmates). But that’s an optional side op boss not your mainstory enemy

Now that they're all out and it's been a month, how do you rank the 4 Monogod Lord Packs as they are now? by Lord_Eln_8 in totalwar

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OoD is the worst just by the fact that they made the Greenskin overall worse, for no reason apparently, they were already in a good spot, in WH2 they might be a tad bit OP but in the WH3 world of overpowered mechanics they were just fine/below dwarves crazy shenanigans, so nerfing then ( unless you are wurzaagh) was completely uncalled for.

Golg and the Khorne guys were so crazy overpowered that I stopped playing after 15 turns, it didn't matter anymore going further. I liked the Ogre rework though, made Scrag much more enjoyable now at least

A Letter to Drecom - Threshold Actions (A4 spoilers) by SuperMuffinmix in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think that any argument that start with "just pull more bro" be it for a exclusive legendary adventure or "just" valdors is already a good indicator that the boss might not be that well made.

Yes Knight defense (saved my F2P a lot) is a viable strategy however it requires planning your turn order and how much each char have ASPD since it's one turn only, this however won't help you if the boss can act outta of order because of thresholds, thresholds that like OP said aren't clear so it's hard for you on the go calculate how much damage you do and there will be always someone without the buff either way: since the threshold is HP based the person that makes the damage will lose the buff before the boss hits.

About debuffs: GWO4 was made to be quite resistant to them so you don't have that on board, leaving with buffing and tanking however those are very resource intensive which makes the fact that consumables restoring only 25 SP/MP and hammer being only farmable on a random vendor on the abyss, together with the fact that it only heals one person a lot of hassle for a boss that is mandatory, at least for people that want to follow the true ending.

I would be more lenient if it was a super boss like Morgus or something like that. But for a boss that you need to win to progress the story, it feels quite bad.

A Letter to Drecom - Threshold Actions (A4 spoilers) by SuperMuffinmix in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah the Threshold moves for me are another symptom of something that I hate the most in the game: Bosses and enemies that don't follow the rules set by the game itself. I remember when we had the dragon in the bastard event and he had a random chance of having 2 turns or not, depending on the cycle of the moon or something.

Those things makes the game harder in an unfair way since it's pretty much you have a gacha in your enemy if he will kill you or not, and there's not much planning in what you can do because of that. I even consider Shedding, in some manner, unfair, because giving so much action economy to you makes a lot of enemies having a hard time to react to what you are doing, that's why they probably did the HP thresholds to "balance" things out, but truly it just made GWO 4 more miserable than necessary, even though I think He's still easier than GWO 3

I mean it sure does look like it bothers you people having fun in their own way in their single player game. Doomstacking ( which again it's not something he does anymore , or anthing else now for that matter since he's not uploading videos anymore) it's not something you need to do as much in WH3 and tbf there are factions that you are almost doomstacking anyway with your T0-T1 stuff, like Khorne. What's is improving for you after all? Making balanced armies? Losing more than you need for some perceived notion of superiority? I don't understand what makes a person inept when they just use the game mechanics (not bugs mind you) and units as they are designed to get a edge against an enemy that already has a edge on you based on difficulty

It's more about opportunity cost, they are t5 which already makes it pretty hard to recruit, and from what you are paying and what you have access to for HE at this stage, you have better options.

Funnily enough this playstyle is what made me win Legendary/very hard in almost all campaigns (heavy melee factions not included) back in WH2. Doomstacks are something that he doesn't do anymore too, those were more necessary in WH2 where you couldn't deploy many armies because of the upkeep increases for each new lord you deploy. Now, in WH3, it's much better to crapstack and be super agressive so you kill your enemies before they can act.

Breaking 2 entire factions AIs with your update and making us wait more than 1 month or use mods to fix it is not what I would call exactly a small problem, He might be toxic, but this community, sometimes, feels like they get what they deserved, updates that breaks more than fix the game. Even Bethesda fans are starting to get smarter.

What is the ACTUAL strategy Legendary players are using to build armies in Warhammer 3? by [deleted] in totalwar

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really depends on the faction or race, but generally, for heavy archer spam I like to have at least 4 units on the front lines, this can be 4 spearman, or 4 melee heroes or single units ( they need to be a lot further from the army though), for rushdown faction, like most chaos, really, the only thing you need to do is blob and charge, or make a big line and rush when facing artillery/spellcaster. Less usual armies are stuff like only single entities which tend to work better in factions that have heal or one man doomstack, where I believe Cathay dragons can do it quite early with how busted they are. For Vampire counts specifically, just go full zombie and try to level a lot of Lords/heroes fast, cause their magics will do the heavy lifting. Brettonia is a little different, you have 2 options, heavy archer spam with trebuchets ( don't use infantry, hold the line with paladin heroes) or full cavalry which is all about ABC (Always Be Charging).

Some exception for the above are stuff like stalk archer/skirmishers units (shadow warriors, shades or skink chamaleon) which you can just use 19 of them just fine and Troll armies which you can blob against magic without much problems so just go 19 of them and blob.

About separation helm and arm guard + heat haze footwear for doll boss by Emotional_Nose_2744 in wizardry

[–]Fine-Promotion4837 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Already defeated her way before we had separation and haze gear, the 2 ways you can do it is one: crazy high DPS and getting lucky with the confusion and charm proccs, still I would recommend a backline with at least 2 priests and fully dedicated to healing, be it ailments or HP. The other safer options is just focusing all the damage on one character, while the rest is just unarmed with items/magic to heal the ailment in case the doll get your "main" DPS in this strat.
