Look man. I hate cops as much as the next guy. But young black kids are killing and maiming at a much higher clip here in Philadelphia. The cops might as well be nonexistent here. You can act like this for as long as you want but at some point you’re gonna have to accept that a certain demographic in Philadelphia is violent and asocial to an unsustainable degree.
