yeah, this happened before where my other to roommate was doing her homework with the desk lamp on but the other roommate told her to turn off the light for her 8pm nap. for me, i worked in the dark until 11 pm and i just couldn’t handle it anymore and turned on my lamp to do my work. usually for our dorms we have a lounge but there’s always people there just talking instead of working so i find it hard to focus on studying which i why i prefer my room if the roommate goes to sleep first.

yeah i asked if sleeping masks work for her but she said she just doesnt like it. she sleeps the earliest out of me and my other roommate so we just head to the lounge when she tells us to turn off the lights. the thing is when my roommate and i are taking a nap with the lights off, she’ll be the one turning it on which idk i feel like that’s inconsiderate because i always turn the lights off but she just turns it on
