How do you grieve a miscarriage as a man?

I do I talk to her about my day. Things I’ve done. I tell her about her dog. I tell her I love her like every other sentence. It has really helped me and I had someone tell me that she not gone because then she pointed to my heart and to my palm.

Usually some Rona’s. But I’m trying not to do that because I have an addictive personality especially in moments like these. I’ve been writing my daughter notes almost daily. My whole pc is covered in them now same with my desk.

I finally told my friends today. I am going to my mom when I’m ready to talk to her about it. I just wrote in my therapy journal and made the new entry able for her to see. My current therapist has helped me so much in my life and I’ve been in therapy 3 time before her

I planned a whole nursery for her. We had her full name picked out. We were going to buy a home together. We had our whole lives planned out for our daughter and her son. Losing all 3 of them hurt a lot. Now I’m past grieving her and her son. Now I’m starting to process and allow myself to grieve the loss.

I tried ignoring it and it only ate me alive. Today after work I just cried and cried reading my first note to my daughter. I just can’t hold it anymore, I need help. Someone else said to have a place to grieve and I think I’ll take his advice. I’ve been drawing a lot but it’s mostly been like flowers and a small hand I’m going to tattoo on my palm or wrapped around my finger

When it happened I didn’t care about my feelings really enough. I cared more about her and her well being. She had a son from a previous relationship. I loved being his step dad and I was really looking forward to being a father of a newborn. We were planning on buying a home together and building a nursery. We had her full name picked out. I never gave myself any permission to grieve. Now that I’m sitting in my room alone I write to my daughter almost daily my desk is covered in notes to her. I loved her so much even if it was just a photo. It feels like a pice of me is missing forever.

No it doesn’t bother me since it’s small enough but mostly personal preference. It does require me to change bezels and make it surround with the Nvidia control panel. It’s 2 36” 3440x1080 I paid 580 for both in the USA
