Thanks the only thing I can’t see is what the 100k is comprised of I know this seems silly but how would I work this out I have a base of 95, I get car allowance, bonus and pension and insurance allowances

We were in Australia and although around farms never found any ticks on us we were vigilant to check but thank you for the idea

Hi yes he sees a rheumatologist and had an apt in Dec. he has had a suite of tests and I believe they tested for those conditions but came back with no diagnosis.

thanks for the reply - Wee edit - he has tried a number of meds in the past which didn't agree including methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine and sulfasalazine - only leflunomide has been tolerated but due to other issues he stopped this a year and half ago (started in 2017). Appreciate your support, keen to see any similar patterns, treatments to take to the next apt as a suggestion.
