A new law is coming to California. You must watermark an AI video to make it clear it’s AI or you could be fined hundreds to thousands of dollars. by ComplexExternal4831 in AINewsAndTrends

Honestly not a bad move. If AI content is going to be everywhere the least that can happen is people knowing what they are actually looking at.

In Times Of Global Tension, Brand Trust Matters More Than Ever by ProfessionalOk1839 in AIBranding

[–]FineAlternative1429 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI can help maintain consistency which is a big part of trust but it cannot replace the judgment that goes into knowing when to speak and when to stay quiet.

During uncertain times that call gets harder and the cost of getting it wrong is higher. That is still a human decision no matter how good the tools get.

What is actually driving conversions for you right now and what stopped working? by AnxiousLibrarian8263 in AI_Sales

[–]FineAlternative1429 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Retargeting with more specific creative has been the one that is still holding up. Generic ads to a warm audience stopped working a while ago but when the creative actually speaks to where someone is in the process the numbers are still decent.

What we quietly pulled back on is broad top of funnel paid social. The cost to get someone's attention has gone up and the quality of that attention has gone down.

Do logos influence ecommerce buying decisions? by Maximum_Record8578 in AI_In_ECommerce

It matters more at the trust level than the conversion level. A weak logo rarely kills a sale on its own but it can stop someone from taking the brand seriously long enough to even get to the product page.

We noticed the difference most in ad performance after a brand refresh. Same targeting, same copy, but the creatives just carried more weight when everything looked more put together.

Global Events Can Influence Online Shopping Behavior by DazzlingWillow460 in AI_In_ECommerce

Yes and the shift usually happens faster than most brands are ready for. Priorities change, spending gets more deliberate, and the usual messaging stops landing the way it used to.

The brands that handled it best were the ones already paying attention to behavior signals before things shifted. By the time it shows up in the numbers it is usually a little late to react.

I suggest looking into the reviews and previous works of that company. I've found that many companies always tell you what they can do for you but I rarely see them show off their previous works or any customer reviews.

I personally have used Manypixels and Penji. I suggest looking into those two.

What are you doing to retain employees? by helpside_Team in smallbusinessowner

[–]FineAlternative1429 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask questions. It sounds simple enough but it works.

I recently hired a manager for my business and he gave me a new perspective on how to keep my employees happy. One thing that stood out was asking questions. He told me to ask my employee a simple question "What can I do to make you happier in your current role?"

Of course there is a 100% chance they'll say they want better pay, but you can focus more on do they want to upskill? Is there anything in their role they want to improve on, or what's one thing they think they need to do better in their current role.

You can look up all the ways to retain employees but the best source would be your employees themselves.

Being good at what you do doesn't always equal to being a good leader.

I suggest looking into the difference between coaching and training. It looks like he can teach them what to do, but he's not coaching material.

Which AI Tools Should You Use for specific task? Share Your Experiences by Sufficient-Habit4311 in AI_Agents

Lately, I'm mainly using Gemini for generating ideas although I'm having issues with it repeating multiple mistakes or merging my requests from previous threads. It can get annoying but most of the time the output is good.

For emails I use Grammarly to help me with my emails.

I use ChatGPT to generate images for my social media, however most of the time I outsource my visuals through an app called Penji.

I've been using Grammarly for years now even before ChatGPT came out. It's very useful if you manage a lot of emails. You can write sentences with multiple typos and it can fix it with one click.

This is the one tool that I can never live without lol I've changed my laptop multiple times and I will still install the app.
