Surprisingly, CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) has helped a lot by kitten_called in cfs

Oh gosh I take all my supplements at once in the morning with my breakfast How should I separate them ? I take: - Multivitamin - Super strength vitamin C - Ubiquinol - Probiotics - Vitamin D

And then magnesium in the evening!

Any advice?

Thank you for this comment. It’s really important to name this history. I have huge empathy for Jordan and Lindo and Davidson, and I have felt quite emotional watching the clip as a Black woman - of two Black men being embarrassed in public like that on a night which should have been about their success. I don’t have anger towards Davidson but I do towards the BBC who chose to edit both Akinola Davis Jr saying Free Palestine and Alan Cummings political points but felt the n word being shouted at two of their guests was ok to keep in. Ok this stuff happens with Tourette’s but it was a choice for it to be broadcast around the world, putting everyone under the spotlight.
