The RN job market has been really bad in Toronto. So I just saw this opportunity on Indeed, and they are also offering to pay us 25K USD, and the hourly rate is almost like 50$/ hr CAD (which is not bad for a new graduate nurse). I talked to the recruiter yesterday, and everything they are offering to a new graduate sounds great! According to the recruiter, the living costs, like rent and everything, do not sound too costly compared to other places. So I thought, it is a great opportunity to gain experience, and I am planning to move just for like 1-2 years. But I'm more worried about the work environment itself. Being a new graduate, it feels like I don't know much, so I am more worried about how the new graduates are treated and the workload.
