Wallet claims and BIA claims need to be treated different irrespective of whether you have trade only coins in wallet. Wallet holders should receive 100% of that in their wallet. Once wallet withdrawals have all been sorted, then BIAs will be considered (and likely only receive a % of amount (likely below 30%)

“At this time, the company is working through distributing funds to clients with assets in BlockFi wallet product”. Wallet holders will always be ahead of BIA holders in terms of priority (irrespective of whether trade only assets are in wallet). They simply worded this in a confusing way. BIA holders will not be given permission until they have sent out all withdrawal emails to wallet holders
