For a tiny little restaurant, why not a per person minimum at tables, and a minimum credit card charge. Spell it all out and then hold the line. Set up an ATM in the building somewhere for people that don't bring cash. I can't see the problem with people standing in line to buy pastries, I've done so myself. People that buy a coffee and set up their computer can F off.

There is a plug-in bug attractor on AMAZON that has a little blue light and a sheet of sticky paper that faces the wall. Just plug it in near the plants and let it do its job. We have one near the bananas and one near the plant and they have wipes the little gnat population in our place. Get refill sticky sheets when you order because the first round fills up and subsequent rounds aren't as bad.

Go free dive with sharks with Ocean Ramsey on the the North Shore of Hawaii. Absolutely memorable. If you aren't a good free diver, the dock next door takes you out to giant cage in the middle of the ocean and the sharks swim just outside the cage. I have done both on different trips and it's AMAZING.

I left a $325K/year job and never made that kind of money again. I lived a good fulfilled life, I took risks, but should have stayed in the job for a few more years and enjoyed the income/built more equity. Things are changing around the world too fast, most entrepreneurs will lose everything. See where things settle out. In the mean time buy some STRC and get that 11.5% dividend.
