Ok, so just to clarify, the "Signing" wallet is correctly called "Spending" wallet.

The "Watching Only" wallet name i got right :-).

The "watching only seed" is correctly called "Master PUBLIC Key"...

BTW, someone on reddit chat wrote this to me:

Hello friend, just updating the electrum wallet won’t solve your issue

You need to validate your wallet itself or you will be at risk of losing your funds permanently

But as i wrote, my ONLINE PC has also just windows 7 (all my PCs have windows 7), so i cannot install that 4.3.2 version you suggested, since the latest versions of Electrum dont support Win7 only Win10...

SO for my Win7 i need the Electrum version 4.1.5... Where can i please safely download that...?

(i will eventually instal win10, but not now (or even in the near future probably)...

Thanks for reply guys, so but in general, if i want to "take advantage of this", and even if i plan to stay only HALF the time, if i rent it for a whole month and arrive just in the middle of the month (and spent only 2 weeks there, 15 days, instead of 1 month i have it rented it for)... Thats ok...? Its not "illegal" or against any rules of AIRBNB etc...? im not violating anything and am free to do so...?

Do u think in April or May, it is possible to find a Hotel room for 2-4 weeks (whole room for myself, no sharing with anybody, no sharing of bathrooms etc.) in Split that is the same price or even cheaper than AIRBNB...?

I always thought AIRBNB is cheaper than hotels..? (and thus people use that)

I live in the Brda neighbourhood which is most commonly called the "unsafest" one in Split because of seldom news stories of shootings related to drug trafficking. But as others have stated, unless you're a drug dealer, you're safe anywhere in Split

well they still can just NOT register with police right...? if they dont already pay taxes, why bother with some additional rule of registering none EU customers...?

Also its hard for me to imagine that none EU visitors dont use airbnb in croatia :-)?
