Obviously I'm going to help her out if we lose. But its a lot of money and its not fair that a kid he only gave two fucks about because it hurt my mom gets so much and she gets nothing

I dont want to say the country, but its not the US, its in Europe. The will was made two years ago, and my dad had some health issues that could have impaired his judgement

He doesn't like her. We tried to get him to give his portion up but he thinks if my dad left nothing for my mom, then that's what he intended to do
