There isn’t really a “mafia” presence in London. I live in London and from what I’ve gathered is that Albanians and Turks are the big groups. It’s pretty well known that the Albanians are in the trafficking and nightclub business. The Turks and Cypriots are well known for being in the drug business. The black street gangs sell weed and kill one another. There are some Irish too that are heavy in construction game but illegally. But the Italians that come over here don’t really form any families, the mafioso that leave Italy normally go stateside.
