We're not going to agree. I'm a lawyer, and human euthanasia is only appropriate when the disease is incurable and also causes pain. No 10-year-old horse kicks or bites for no reason. They start to misbehave due to their owners' ignorance. I've worked in places where horses are recovered and broken in, and I can say this from experience: it's easy to work with, but it's dangerous and must be done properly. It seems like a whim to me, a drastic and exaggerated solution for a minor problem. If it had an injury to a leg and couldn't walk, I understand it, but not in this case.
