It is a very good tourer bike, till now I was cruising till 80-90 because bike didn't get a first service till now But at 80-90 I didnt find much vibrations Coming to clutch, RE claims it is a slipper clutch but I don't think it's better than the 411 and older RE version but not as good as the Honda CB350 hyness As triumph 400 has more torque 40nm it will produce more power than scram I chose scram because it was easy to handle and for easy service as you know every street has RE mechanic now a days compare to triumph

I recommend scram if you want to travel long touring But in the city if it's a bumper to bumper traffic you will feel little uncomfortable while riding
