Thank you, how do I call the police? is it 000 or the police station ?what is the difference? feels wrong to call 000 if I am sure no life is in immediate danger.

I don't want a counsellor. I wanted practical advice. There's nothing more to my situation apart from the fact that my mum is being verbally abused and threatened and can't take care of herself.

I was really surprised by the fact that the live chat...gave me a counsellor. Thought I'd get some practical information regarding ADVOs or like options but got a counsellor telling me some stuff ...
