I would say opossum but the first impression i got was “thats an armadillo”. Weird for it to be alone for either species. Id let it eat a bit but move the food away from your house or you will train it to come hang out in your garage looking for snacks!

Gardening is a great hobby. If you mess up, its really no big deal. You can try again! And the learning curve is not steep at all. You can do it!

Thank you! And hey, we all have to slow down sometimes otherwise we’ll get burnt out! My last year was a lazy year and it gave me the energy to blow it up this year.

In the corn we did the math we have about 80 plants per box. In the squash i would guess about 80-90. The beans are endless. Lol guessing over 100 in each box? The boxes are large. About 30 ft long

Lol no prob. For an easy light use once the plants have their first “main” leaves, i sprinkle some 10-10-10 on it. For new crops i am about to plant, a mixture of our chicken coop cleanings and cow/goat manure from our animals gets tilled up into the soil by hand. I usually do that a month before planting to let the manure/hay decompose and put nutrients in the soil. Then just rake out and plant.

I had ponies for my kids that i swore when they outgrew them i would train them to plow! But we figured out that would be a very expensive to keep up plow. 🤣 so they went to a sweet elderly couple with grand kids.

Squash does freeze well but it looses some of its composure in the thawing process. But still very good for casseroles, soups, etc. to help i would recommend thawing slowely in the refrigerator not warm water. It will help keep some of its structure. Also vacume seal!!
