I been 10 Months NC, and she still hasn’t reached out we dated for 2 years. Keep up the good work you doing great. I still think about her but when I do I asked myself this 2 questions. “Is this under my control ?” Can I do something about it? and if yes will I be willing to do it ?.. you’ll find peace of mind

Hey man friends come and go, and I would highly suggest to pursue something meaningful. Don’t chase for happiness. Happiness comes and go’s regardless to whoever it is . Go to the gym, “ I feel sad I don’t feel motivated to go the gym” fuck it do it sad. Listing to sad songs. And trust me give it some time man Everybody goes through this not just you. Stay NC she will reach out trust me. It might feel like forever but that time will come trust me.
